Jennifer Ohman-Rodriguez is senior pastor at St John’s Lutheran Church in Rock Island, Illinois. Her first book, A Time to Mourn and a Time to Dance: A Love Story of Grief, Trauma, Healing, and Faith, is published by Chalice Press. Jennifer is a frequent workshop presenter in trauma-informed spiritual care, worship, and also curates the Trauma Recovery Page at Compassionate Christianity. She is also an instructor in pastoral care at Wartburg Seminary and holds master’s degrees in early child development and divinity. Jennifer and her husband currently live in Iowa City, Iowa with family flung all over the world.
